Read, learn, excel!
Video for real estate is essential, and no one does it better than TourKick. I know they’ve got some great quality for their default work (what you can see on their website), but they also have things in mind like editing video taken by Realtors themselves, editing photos to really make them pop, and doing some new video styles for videos they shoot themselves. I know because I own the place! :) If you’re listing your property, your property (and your target buyers) deserve video. Get it yourself, from your Realtor, or list your house with me!
Is there anything better than searching houses for sale on your mobile device? Yes, searching while always being connected to your spouse’s or partner’s or friend’s favorites, notes, and Realtor. Cake is both easy and sweet!
Dropbox is an excellent utility to sync files across all of your devices: Apple, Android, desktops, laptops, etc. Sign up for Dropbox via this link and you’ll get additional storage space for free!
Why is Main Street Title the best? Because they have great service, great prices, a closing cost calculator (that I designed), and my wife works there – and she does closings in Spanish if preferred – that’s a hard gem to find in Tulsa. She’s the best! :)

Steve Rumberg (a fellow techie REALTOR®) has a great and inexpensive (and one-time purchase) Excel add-in program that makes those non-QuickBooks-compatible bank statements turn into IIF files (for importing to QuickBooks). I can’t say enough good stuff about Steve and his converter. It’s quick, straight-forward, and now my downloaded QB statements aren’t so frightening. Thank you SO much, Steve!
